About The Designer

Following a chance meeting with The Fashion Design Studio's then Head of Course, in 2015 Charlotte took a leap of faith and redirected her studies from Law at The Australian National University to begin the Bachelor of Fashion Design at Ultimo, TAFE.

In 2015, Charlotte co-designed a range for Saveus the label and travelled to Kuala Lumpur to showcase this range as the international guest brand for Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week.  In an interview with the Fashion Journal, Head Designer & Creative Director Jarred Baker commented that "Charlotte is still at design school but she’s far beyond her education. She’s obviously got a knack for doing it."

In 2016, Charlotte received a merit scholarship from TAFE for consistently high achievement, and in 2017, was awarded the Bachelor of Fashion Design Outstanding Student Award for academic achievement and community contribution.

In 2018, Charlotte will graduate from FDS and hopes to join a major luxury Australian brand to expand her industry experience and pursue her passion for design.
